The U.S. Embassy in Libya reported today that the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) and the Tripoli based Libyan Ministry of Planning signed a new partnership agreement in Tripoli yesterday to enhance cooperation in strengthening Libya’s planning and development frameworks.
The embassy reported that this initiative is operated under USAID’s Enhanced Partnerships for Institutional Capacity (EPIC) activity. It aims to help strengthen national capacities, enhance effective governance, and improve resource allocation in support of the Libyan people.
