One of the state’s infrastructure projects implementation agencies, the Housing and Infrastructure Board (HIB), reported today that preparation and cleaning works for the site of the sewage treatment plant in Al-Hadba Al-Khadra area of Tripoli have started. This, it explained, comes in preparation for the implementation of the third phase of the project.
The project is implemented in cooperation with Italy’s TM. E. S.p.A. Termomeccanica Ecologia.
These works, it added, aim to prepare the site to start in the next phase, which will contribute to improving the efficiency of wastewater treatment and meeting the growing needs of the region.
These efforts, the HIB said, come within the framework of a comprehensive plan to improve Tripoli’s environmental infrastructure, ensuring the provision of advanced and sustainable services to the city’s residents.
