Benghazi Municipality announced yesterday that an engineering team belonging to the giant Power China and the Portuguese company Future for Engineering Designs arrived in Benghazi to start inspection tours of Benina International Airport.
The airport is part of the Libya Development and Reconstruction Fund work plan to conduct cadastral surveying operations and complete designs and work plans according to the specified schedules.
The visit, Benghazi Municipality added, comes a few days after Belgasem Khalifa Hafter, Director General of the Libya Development and Reconstruction Fund, announced the launch of the second phase of the development of the greater city of Benghazi, which will include a number of strategic projects in the city.
