Toyota Libya announced yesterday that it had launched its 20th training course within its ‘‘Discover Your Talent’’ programme.
It reported that twelve new trainees arrived at its training centre at its Misrata Free Zone headquarters. The trainees are graduates of technical colleges from various Libyan cities and were nominated by the Ministry of Technical and Vocational Education for the programme.
Toyota Libya said it carries out such programmes as a contribution (Corporate Social Responsibility – CSR) to Libyan society to raise the talent level of Libyan youth and prepare them for the labour market.
Toyota Libya said ‘‘We wish the youth success during this course, which lasts for eight weeks, during which the youth are trained in the basics of regular maintenance according to Toyota standards, in addition to the English language, computers, and writing technical reports’’.
