A delegation from the General Administration of Environmental Sanitation Affairs at the Ministry of Local Government, specialized in the field of veterinary medicine, awareness and guidance, and health and environmental education, participated in the Mediterranean Conference for One Health.
The event was organised by the Algerian veterinary space and held from 2 to 6 October in the state of Mostaganem, Algeria. 11 Mediterranean countries and some other non-Mediterranean countries participated.
The Libyan delegation’s participation included presenting a scientific paper on establishing one national health authority and participating in the conference’s work and scientific discussions.
