Libya’s Food and Drugs Control Centre (FDCC) announced yesterday that it had rejected a 26,300-ton shipment of soft bulk wheat from Russia at Khoms port.
The FDCC said it had rejected the shipment ‘‘due to the high percentage of grains infested with pests’’.
