The Libya Aviation Forum and Exhibition (6-8 November at the Corinthia hotel, Tripoli) will shed light on the immediate needs and requirements of the Libyan commercial aviation sector, Adel Ben El Haj, Project Manager for organisers Hormuz Tours and Events, told Libya Herald.
Looking forward to the event, now due in less than two months’ time, he explained that the event will cover the rehabilitation, re-development, and re-instatement of Libyan airspace as an international focal point and hub.
Speakers at the event will include former Libyan Civil Aviation head, Nasereddin Shaebelain, who will shed light on Libya and the removal of the EU Airspace Ban.
International business law expert, Michael Bosconi, will be contributing and attending while Mohamed M. Aljallasi will shed light on development of communications, navigation, and surveillance.
Maged Elmontaser, Dimitra MENA Regional Director, will be speaking about the use of agricultural drones using the Dimitra Connected Farmer App and Dimitra Livestock Guru Platform. These provide advanced capabilities and insights regarding drone data.
Data-driven farming helps farmers earn from the past, see problems before they escalate, and forecast a better future, he explained to Libya Herald.
Many other delegates ranging from countries such as South Africa to Malta will be participants and contributors to the inaugural event, and the re-opening and re-development of the Libyan civil aviation sector, Ben El Haj added.
