The Italian Embassy in Tripoli announced today that it has delivered medical equipment and a power generator to several Libyan hospitals.
It reported that the first batch of medical machinery had been delivered to Surman, Sabratha and Murzuq local hospitals while a 500 KW power generator had been delivered to the Ibn Sina hospital in Sirte.
The Embassy said this comes as part of Italy’s Solidarity Bridge Phase two cooperation agreement with Libya’s Ministry of Local Government and Health Ministry supporting Libya’s urgent needs.
