London, 4 August 2020:

[restrict paid=”true”] The Projects Department of the Tripoli Ministry of Health has approved the initial designs of the Women, Childbirth and Children Hospital and Tajura General Hospital, the Ministry announced yesterday.

The hospitals will be located at two different locations within Tajura municipality, as part of the implementation of a comprehensive plan to reduce the burden on the clinical capacity of hospitals in the capital Tripoli, it added.

The Women, Childbirth and Children Hospital will have a clinical capacity of [/restrict] 120 beds, while Tajura General Hospital will have a capacity of 60 beds.
