Germany’s GIZ is implementing a Women Development and Training Centre (WDTC) in Nalut, GIZ reported on Tuesday.
The design concept proposal was introduced by GIZ at a meeting with Nalut Municipality, Nalut University and women’s NGOs which entailed training units in textile production, catering, networking spaces and other facilities.
The project is part of the European Union and Germany’s BMZ funded ‘‘Support for Libyan Municipalities’’ project implemented by Germany’s GIZ – in cooperation with Libya’s Local Government Ministry and Nalut Municipality.
