New Tripoli public bus routes announced

London, 14 December 2019:

The Essahim Company for Public Transport has announced its new Tripoli public bus routes. There are two permanent routes and a temporary route to Mitiga airport.

The first red route (route number 21) will run from Tajura along the coastal road to Sug il Thlat roundabout and back.

The second blue rout (route number 13) runs from Furnaj through Dahra and to Sug il Tlhat roundabout.

The Mitiga airport route runs from the Tripoli port roundabout to Mitiga and back.

The company wants to experiment with these routes before introducing new routes. These are the first public transport buses to run for decades in Libya.
