LISCO signs agreement with Turkish company to help increase production

The Libyan Iron and Steel Company (LISCO).

London, 8 October 2019:

Libya’s state Iron and Steel Company (LISCO) announced yesterday that it had signed a cooperation agreement on Monday with Turkish company GEMKOM.

The agreement entails the development of the electric capacity of steel plant number one which will help raise and maintain the level of production capacity of steel plant number one, the company reported.
