Tunis, 4 January 2018:

Tripoli’s Nawasi Brigade has announced the arrest of a man it said had been carrying a large quantity of cocaine.

It gave few details of the arrest of Abdulsalam Ibrahim in the city but said that the suspect had been in possession some 214 grams of cocaine.

A heavily-bruised Ibrahim was shown in a Nawasi video post confessing to drug trafficking. The footage showed 11 large wraps of the drug and another 16 smaller packages, all of  which were said to have been found on him.
