The Presidency Council has decided that it needs a new official spokesman.
Ashraf Tulty, the man chosen for the job, gave his first press conference yesterday at the Prime Ministry.
A former media adviser to the National Transitional Council, at the start of the Revolution, Tulty returned from exile in the US. He has until now been a political adviser to the Presidency Council.
His main message yesterday was that the the PC would be submitting to the House of Representatives their newline-up for the Government of National Accord “within days”
