In the latest in a series of his foreign trips that will delay its debate . . .[restrict]on the Government of National Accord, House of Representatives president Ageela Saleh this evening arrived in the Ivory Coast.
Saleh is due to attend a two-day conference of the African Parliamentary Union held in the capital Abidjan. In his absence, no full meetings of the HoR can take place. [/restrict]
