Following Wednesday’s retreat from the Derna suburbs of Fataieh and District 400 by fighters from . . .[restrict]the so-called Islamic State (IS), the bodies of three men have been discovered in separate makeshift graves south of the town. One has been identified as Sheikh Abdussalam Sudqa, the imam of the mosque in Fataieh, according to the Libyan news agency LANA.
He was taken from his home in Fataieh by IS on 19 March.
The body was found in the Khabata area.
The other two bodies are still to be identified. [/restrict]
