Tunis, 12 November 2015:

Today’s announcement comes after the final session held yesterday by the workshop’s preparatory committee. The workshop aims at localizing solar power and investment in its application.

Participants at the workshop will include the head of the implementation department of the Renewable Energy Authority of Libya (REAOL), part of the Ministry of Energy, university academics, the Small and Medium Sized enterprises department of the Ministry of Economy (Libya Enterprise), the Privatization and Investment Board (PIB), the banking sector as well as private sector companies concerned with solar power.
