The self-declared Islamic State of Barqa (Cyrenaica), or Daesh, paid public condolences to the death . . .[restrict]of one of their leading commanders, Imad Zway, who was killed during fighting with Libyan National Army forces led by Hafter in Benghazi.
IS said that Zway had died during fighting in the Buatney district of Benghazi.
The LNA has been engaged in fierce fighting with the terror groups in the Buatny dstrict ever since the terror group gained control of the area in July 2014 after successfully gaining control of the Special Forces (Saika) brigade’s base there. [/restrict]
