An unidentified group of gunmen has wrecked a local records office in a town between Obari . . .[restrict]and Sebha.
The civil registry at Bint Baya was attacked on Sunday, computer equipment smashed and records ripped from their filing cabinets. The looted building was then set on fire and badly damaged. [/restrict]
