Libyan Airlines has announced that it has resumed flights from Mitiga to Labraq and Tobruk. The . . .[restrict]Tripoli offices of the Libyan news agency LANA quoted the carrier’s head of information, Mohamed Busada, saying that issues with handling companies had been resolved and that there would now be daily flights to Labraq, except on Mondays and Tuesdays. On the latter, he said there would be an additional flight to Tobruk.
Libyan Airlines announced at the end of last month that it had resumed flights to Amman and Istanbul after a strike by ground and catering staff protesting at the non-payment of wages.
The flights to Labraq and Tobruk generally continue on to Alexandria. [/restrict]
