Al-Mohjaba Beida Association for Educational Awareness launched a four-day training course on personal strategic planning . . .[restrict]in the town of Gharyan today.
Head of the association Kharia Abu Thina explained that the aim of the course, which had 65 attendees, is capacity building, with a special focus on developing youth.
Today’s session introduced the concept of strategic planning and factors of success. It then launched into a presentation of how to do a SWOT analysis – approacheing a challenge or task by looking at strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. The trainees were taught how to use this to develop plans and strategies for development, realistic solutions and applications to use in practical situations. [/restrict]
