Tripoli, 19 January 2015:
A top manager at the National Oil Corporation (NOC) has been abducted in Tripoli.
It has emerged that the Planning Department chief Samir Kamal was grabbed by masked gunmen as he was leaving his office last Thursday.
There are so far no clues as to Kamal’s whereabouts nor is it known if the kidnappers have demanded a ransom.
