Tripoli, 6 July 2014:
Libya Telecom and Technology (LTT) plans to upgrade subscription options for individual subscribers to Libya . . .[restrict]Max and Libya ADSL starting on 7 July.
Several changes are planned, mostly in order to give clients more flexibility in managing their subscriptions and increased access to online customer care.
The company will launch a new interface in Arabic, opening up access to online customer support to non-English speakers.
After 7 July, LTT has said that it will stop offering one free month to new Libya Max subscribers.
Although LTT has a long way to go before it will be able offer services comparable to those offered in neighbouring countries, the company has said that it is committed to the continued development of the network and to upgrading the products that it offers.
Since February, LTT has been offering free downloading between the hours of four and ten o’clock in the morning. The company also slashed prices on LibyaMax MiFi devices in June. [/restrict]
