The national youth football team is through to the second round of qualifiers for the African Nations Youth Championship, . . .[restrict]which will be held in Senegal in 2015.
The team scored a major victory, beating Chad 3-0 today, in a match played on Tunisian soil. All three goals were scored by Rwaid Bin Hamed.
This second victory came after the team won its previous match, in Chad, 1-0.
In the second round of qualifiers the Libyan team will be up against Tunisia, which beat Mauritania 3-0 and then 3-1. [/restrict]
