Benghazi, 16 April 2014:
A 62-year old Benghazi resident was shot dead early this morning while walking to . . .[restrict]his local mosque for dawn prayers. Ibrahim Abubaker Al-Mugharbi was killed instantly in a drive-by shooting in the city’s Ard Igresh district, near the psychiatric hospital. No reason is known for the killing.
In a separate incident later in the morning an Egyptian man was seriously wounded in another drive-by shooting, this time near the Jalaa Hospital. Hussein Dahmani Ahmed, 27, was shot in the stomach. He is currently in intensive care. [/restrict]
