As of 10 am local time, the High National Elections Commission (HNEC) reported that it . . .[restrict]has registered 920,189 people on the SMS voter registration system for the constitutional drafting “Committee of 60” that will draft Libya’s new constitution.
Of those who registered, 549,855 are men and 370,334 are women.
Additionally, 4,653 Libyans have been registered to vote outside of Libya, of which 3,262 are men and 1,391 are women.
Today is supposed to be the final day for voter registration.
