A delegation from the General National Congress met members of the Misrata Shura Council and . . .[restrict]Misrata revolutionary commanders yesterday to talk about the Gharghour massacre a week ago.
The party from Tripoli included the head of the GNC’s Fact-Finding and Reconciliation Commission, Sheikh Ali Sheibani.
They focused on the need to establish a public forum, bringing together revolutionary commanders, reconciliation committees and members of civil society. They proposed that such a forum should be held in the city of Beida and look to bring about national cohesion, confirming the bonds between all Libyans. [/restrict]
