Security forces have arrested a man suspected of murdering a soldier in Misrata on Wednesday, according to the . . .[restrict]Libyan news agency LANA. Abdullah Imran Arfidah was shot on Wednesday.
The authorities do not believe that the killing was politically motivated. It is reported that the primary motivation was a disagreement between the victim and the man who shot him.
