Egypt Air Express is to start four weekly flights between Benghazi and Alexandria next month.
The flights . . .[restrict]by the wholly-owned subsidiary of Egypt Air will run on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays, departing Alexandria Burj Al Arab at 16:15 and landing at 18:05. The return leg leaves Benghazi at 18:50 arriving in Alexandria at 20:25. The first flight will be on 2 July and ticket prices start at LD 282.
Egypt Air Express was set up in 2006 as a short-haul regional carrier using smaller aeroplanes. The Benghazi-Alexandria route will be serviced by an Embraer E170 which can carry 76 passengers. [/restrict]
