Libyan customers may look for a better deal in the not too distant future, following the establishment of . . .[restrict]the Maghrebi Union for Consumer Defence today in Tunis.
The new union, which includes Tunisia, Algeria, Libya, Morocco and Mauritania, is expected to start operating in September, the deputy president of the Tunisia’s Consumer Defence Organisation (ODC) told Tunisian news agency TAP.
The role of consumer defence organisations is to protect and empower the rights of customers and consumers. [/restrict]
