Following the resignation, the General National Congress agreed — according to Benghazi Congressman Mohamed Amari – to accept the recommendation of the Supreme Judicial Council and appoint the adviser to the Supreme Court, Abdul Qader Juma Radwan, as the new Attorney General.
Hasadi’sdeparture was expected. He has been regarded as member of the previous administration and two months ago, Congress’ Justice Committee discussed replacements for the post.
