The National Oil Company (NOC) today announced that the first shipment of LPG in almost two years had . . .[restrict]left the the Brega terminal. By the end of last year, Sirte Oil Company which runs the facility, had largely completed repairs to damage caused during the revolution. The area around the facility changed hands several times in bitter fighting, and widespread damage was caused. Since then, according to NOC, Sirte has produced more than 34,000 barrels of LPG.
