Tripoli, 21 December:
The Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) has again told Egyptians hoping to work in Libya to get visas . . .[restrict]before trying to enter the country.
Egypt’s Daily News reported that 26 Egyptians are currently being detained in Libyan jails, for not having visas and a further 35 for not having passports.
Apparently the MFA has also advised Egyptians to travel by plane rather than road, following a number of road-deaths.
