Tripoli, 13 September:
Judges are to be sworn into office as members of the new Libyan judicial system next . . .[restrict]week, according to the Supreme Judicial Council.
“We are pleased to inform all judicial council members who have been appointed under the Supreme judiciary Council Resolution No. 54 for the year 2012 that the President of the Supreme Judicial Council has scheduled a date for them to make the lawful oath in order to be able to resume their duties in accordance with Article 61F2 of the Judicial Act”, the council said in a statement.
The swearing-in ceremony is to be held at Tripoli’s Waddan Hotel next Monday morning, 17 September.
