Purchasing (6) Electrical Tansformers for Amal Field

Harouge Oil Operation, the joint venture operator for Libya`s National . . .[restrict]Oil corporation, calls for invitation to participate in the tender No (028/2012), for Companies and Suppliers that have the required Legal and valid Licenses documents.

For all companies specialized and suppliers who wish to participate in this tender, should send an approved representative to collect the tender package.

Note that the date for collection of the tender package will be commenced from Sunday, 05/08/2012 to Thursday 09/08/2012 and from 9:30 am to 12:00 pm.

Collection of the package is from Tender Committee office, room No (541) – Fifth Floor at the company head office in Tripoli. The package will be issued according to the following criteria:

  1. Representative of the participating company shall be authorized to collect the tender package and shall present an official document.
  2. Provide an official letter to HOO’s Chairman of Tender Committee confirming the intention for participation in this tender.
  3. Primary insurance (bid bond) with a value of LD 1,600.00 (one thousand six hundred Libyan Dinar ) in the form of a certified cheque which shall be refunded in the event of failure to secure the tender the cheque should be issued by a Libyan bank in favor of Harouge Oil Operations.
  4. Harouge Upon delivery of the documents mentioned above, it is imperative to present a copy of the license according to compatibility with the area of specialization of the required work
