Libyan health delegation in Dubai

Tripoli, 29 May:

A Ministry of Health delegation . . .[restrict]headed by the Deputy Minister of Health Dr Omran Turb, visited Dubai Healthcare City (DHCC) today to raise awareness about the status of the Libyan healthcare sector and engage in dialogue with healthcare institutions in the UAE.

The delegation included Dr Amal Naagi, the Ministry’s Head of Medical Exhibitions, Dr Ashraf Shembesh, Director of Medical Services, and Dr Fauzia Tushani, Director of Media Relations.

During their visit, the visiting officials hosted a seminar on ‘Opportunities in the Libyan Healthcare Sector’ to highlight the revolution’s impact on healthcare services in the country and underline the requirements that were urgently needed for rebuilding the system.
