The Italian Embassy in Libya revealed yesterday that the Embassy in Tripoli and its Consulate General in Benghazi issued over 15,000 visas in 2024.

This, it said, was a 35 percent increase in visa requests processed, which it considered a sign of the strong closeness and collaboration between Italy and Libya.
