The Director General of the Benghazi based National Development Agency, Jibril Al-Badri, signed contracts for the implementation of the Benghazi Towers project with the Turkish company TGG Construction, in the presence of the Chairman of the Steering Council of the Municipality of Benghazi, Sager Bujwari.
Three towers: residential, hotel and office
The towers complex will be in the Jiliana area of Benghazi and consists of three towers, one residential tower, one a hotel and the third will be an office tower. The highest tower will be 124 meters, the second 84 meters and the third 68 meters. The towers will overlook the 23rd of July Lake and the golf course near the Sports City.
To be built in 18 months with a 24-month operating period
The implementation period of the project will be a year and a half, provided that the Turkish company works to operate and manage the towers for two years (BOT).
Benghazi Municipality said these projects come within the framework of the reconstruction of the city of Benghazi, raising the level of services and showing the city in a civilized manner that befits the city.
