After a 9-year closure, Morocco appoints two new Consuls to Tripoli and Benghazi – reopening expected this summer

The Moroccan Foreign Ministry announced last Monday the appointment of two new Consuls General to Libya, in preparation for the reopening of its consulates in the capital, Tripoli and Benghazi,

The reopening, expected sometime this summer, comes after a 9-year closure due to the security situation in Libya during the past decade.
