The third annual Libyan European Transport, Communications and Information Technology Forum is scheduled to be held in Malta from January 30 to 31 January 2026.
The event will be under the sponsorship of the Libyan Telecommunications Holding Company, the Ministry of Transport, and the supervision of the General Union of Libyan Chambers.
The organisers say numerous national and international companies and institutions in the transport and communications sector will participate in this edition.
The forum will also feature presentations and an exhibition on modern and advanced technologies in this sector and related fields.
The forum’s broad themes include several projects, investment opportunities, and advanced technical presentations for the development and implementation of communications and transportation sector strategies.
Specifically, the forum topics will include:
- Strategic projects in the transportation and telecommunications sectors
- Investment opportunities and in Transport and Communications sectors
- The role of financial institutions, investment entities, and banks in supporting transport and telecommunications projects
- The digital vision for the transportation sector and the role of telecommunications
- Infrastructure development for both transport and telecommunications sectors
