Benghazi Chamber of Commerce announced last Wednesday (1 October) that on the sidelines of the MedaCity 2025 Forum, its Chairman, Munim Al-Saiti, accompanied by Ramadan Tawfiq Boubtana, its Director of the International Relations Department, held a bilateral meeting with Maurizio De Pascali, President of the Cagliari Oristano Chamber of Commerce (Sardinia, Italy).
The meeting was also attended by Andrea Preti, President of the Federation of Italian Chambers of Commerce.
Benghazi Chamber reported that the meeting was devoted to discussing prospects for cooperation between the two chambers and reviewing available opportunities to strengthen economic and trade relations between Libya and Italy, contributing to the development of strategic partnerships that support integration between the two sides.
The meeting, the Chamber added, comes within the framework of its commitment to expanding its network of Mediterranean and international relations, strengthening its presence as an effective representative of the Libyan private sector, and supporting sustainable development and economic openness.
