Belgassem Khalifa Haftar, Director General of the eastern based Libya Development and Reconstruction Fund, signed several contracts for the implementation of new development projects with LIPCO Construction and Industry and Jawaher Company for Contracting, Construction, Industry and Trade.
These projects were distributed over several eastern Libyan cities, including Benghazi, Beida, Shahat and Tobruk, and focused on infrastructure development, construction and maintenance of roads.
They also included the implementation of projects to establish specialised public hospitals aimed at raising the efficiency of health services and enhancing the readiness of the medical sector.
