The state National Oil Corporation (NOC) reported today that Mellitah Oil and Gas has successfully finished connecting well A22 to the production line.
It said the results of Mellitah’s recent preliminary tests on well A22 were successful, with production indicators of more than 550 barrels of oil per day.
Mellitah Oil and Gas Company, it added, has succeeded in completing the preparation of this well, located within the wells of the Wafa field, after the full completion of the drilling work.
The NOC said this step comes within a series of achievements reached by Mellitah Oil and Gas Company, in implementation of the NOC’s strategic plan to raise production rates.
