International Scientific Conference on Natural Resources in Libya – Zawia from 4 to 5 September

The International Scientific Conference on Natural Resources in Libya was held in Zawia from 4 to 5 September (Photo: LIU).

‎The International Scientific Conference on Natural Resources in Libya was held from 4 to 5 September at the Conference Hall of the Libyan Medical Research Centre in Zawia.‎

‎Under the slogan of ‘‘Regulated investment and a Clean Environment’’, the conference was on the role of engineering and environmental sciences in the development of natural resources in Libya.

The Libyan Centre for Biotechnology Research presented research and technical services, highlighting its role in studying Libya’s natural resources and developing innovative and sustainable solutions to environmental and economic challenges.‎

‎It reviewed its research on the optimal use of natural resources, with a focus on the application of modern technologies that contribute to improving productivity and protecting the environment, in order to ensure the sustainability of resources for future generations.‎

The conference was also held in the presence of the National Mining Corporation, the Libyan Industrial Promotion Authority, the Libyan Industry Union.
