Ministry of Labour signs MoU with German Engineering Technology Services (GETS) Unimarconi – to establish the Libyan-German Centre for Training and Vocational Development‎

Ministry of Labour to harmonize outputs of education and requirements of labour market

Libya’s Tripoli based Ministry of Labour announced yesterday that it has signed an MoU with German Engineering Technology Services (GETS) Unimarconi to establish the Libyan-German Centre for Training and Vocational Development‎ and train job seekers.

The agreement seeks to:

  • Enhance job seekers skills in line with market requirements
  • Benefit from the GETS’s expertise in the field of training and qualification
  • Granting international accreditation for certificates and training courses provided by the Libyan Centre for Training and Development of Trainers to provide high-quality educational and training programmes
