Benghazi Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture hosted a trade delegation from the France last Sunday at its official headquarters in the city of Benghazi.
The Acting Chairman of the Chamber, Moneim Al-Saeedi, received a member of the Board of the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris (ICC), representatives of the French company NEO-ECO, and a representative of the Al-Watan Holding Group.
The meeting discussed aspects and ways of cooperation to increase the volume of trade and discussed the possibility of concluding a joint cooperation agreement with the Paris Chamber of Commerce and establishing membership in the International Chamber of Commerce.
The challenges facing the various sectors and ways to solve them by transferring modern technologies to local companies were also reviewed. The series of international exhibitions that will be held in the city of Benghazi during the coming period was also discussed, and French companies were urged to participate in trade forums to transfer expertise and modern and advanced technologies and contribute to reconstruction projects in the city of Benghazi and the eastern region.
