Italian tourism company Kel 12 is discussing the resumption of its tours into Libya.
The news was revealed yesterday by the Ministry of Tourism after a meeting took place between the Acting Minister of Tourism and Traditional Industries, Nasr Al-Din Al-Fazzani, received in his Tripoli office the Chairman of the Italian company Kel 12, Pierre Jani, and its local agent, the General Manager of the Aseel Travel and Tourism Company, Jalal Al-Zlitni.
The Ministry reported that the meeting discussed resuming the company’s activity in Libya, organizing trips and attracting tourist groups, preparing the Bab Ramla Resort, one of the company’s investment tourism projects in the Wadi al-Hayat region in southern Libya, and reopening it to visitors.
The Minister, the Ministry reported, welcomed the company’s resumption of its activity in Libya, in line with the Ministry’s efforts aimed at restoring the sector’s activity and encouraging local and international investors to complete their projects. He stressed the Ministry’s keenness to support and encourage investment and restore the activity of international tourist groups.
