The Benghazi Reconstruction and Development Requirements Conference under the banner ‘‘Towards an Effective Strategy for Reconstruction’’ will be held in Benghazi from 13 to 15 May.
The event is organised by the Libyan Scientific Research Authority, Benghazi Branch.
