Public Prosecutor detains 52 accused of being behind the sale of rotten onions

After the case of the seizure of large quantities of onions unfit for human consumption from various vegetable markets, the Public Prosecution Office ordered on Monday the interrogation and subsequent detention of 52 people.

The Public Prosecution Office says it is taking measures to protect the human right to safe food and health.
