Libya’s Ministry of Housing and Construction, reported Tuesday that its Minister, Abubaker Al-Ghawi, accompanied by the head of the Urban Planning Authority, Abdul Hakim Al-Sultani and the accompanying delegation, is in discussions with Ernst & Young consultants at its London headquarters.
The Minister is discussing the development of the work of the Urban Planning Department, and ways to use international consulting, the Ministry revealed.
This, the Ministry said, comes within the framework of its endeavour to raise the quality and efficiency of the work of its Urban Planning Department.
